Not arranged, not subcontracted, not "from our network". When you book, you know what is coming.
2. The loaders are on our payroll
The same faces on every job. They are trained, they are insured, and if something goes wrong there is nobody else to point at.
3. One crew from start to finish
Nobody hands your goods to another company at a truck stop outside Sahiwal. The people who load in Islamabad unload in Karachi.
4. Every quote split four ways
Vehicle and distance, loading and unloading, packing material, extras. Never one round number.
5. Published rates on the website
You can read our starting figures before you call. Almost nobody in this market does that, and the reason is not a good one.
6. Packing material comes with us
Cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film and corner guards arrive on the vehicle. You are not sent shopping the night before.
7. Storage charged by the day
Because a ten-day gap is a ten-day gap, not a month.
8. A written rate before loading day
Agreed in advance, in writing, so the bill is not a conversation you have while the truck is already full.
9. We say no when we should
Sea freight, customs clearance, climate-controlled storage — not ours. We will tell you that instead of taking the booking.
10. There is an actual office
